Summer Programs
Summer Programs 2019
Development Program
* Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday
* June 4th - August 29th
* 12 week program (can make up 1)
* 30 minute hand eye, 1 hour skate, 1 hour workout
* 12 goalies total, 4 per group
Group 1
* 5:00 Hand Eye, 6:00 1 hour skate, 7:30 1 hour workout
Group 2
* 6:00 Hand Eye, 7:00 1 hour skate, 8:30 1 hour workout
Group 3
* 6:00 Hand Eye, 6:30 workout, 8:00 1 hour skate
Tuesdays with Mike Sanders on the Half Ice
Wednesdays with Zach Miller on the Half Ice (Yoga instead of a Workout)
Thursdays with Ethan Cook on the Full Ice (3 goalies per group instead of 4)
Cost: $999 +tax

Private Program
* Mondays with Shayne or Thursdays with Mike Sanders
* June 3rd - August 29th
* 12 week program (can make up 1)
* 1 Hour in the small private rink
* 6:00, 7:00, or 8:00pm
Cost: $700.00 +tax

High Performance Program
* Mondays at Haldimand County Community Centre
* June 3rd - August 19th 2019
* 10 weekly 90 minute ice sessions, groups of 4 goalies, weekly video sessions
* Individualized off-ice training programs for U16/U18 prep at On Ice
* Open to goalies currently playing Peewee AA or higher
